This VHF RF Amplifier will output approximately 30Watts of RF power from a 200mW input source. T2, the ouput transistor can be one of many VHF Output types. I used a MRF344 as it was at hand. The input and Ouput impeadance is 50ohms. A higher output can be acheived by increasing the supply voltage. With a 144MHz 250mWatt input from a handheld tranceiver I managed to squeeze 50Watts out of the circuit with a 6Ampre 30Volt supply.
